Written and recorded to mark to 100th year commemorations of the reburial of Nurse Edith Cavell who was celebrated for saving the lives of more than 200 soldiers during World War One by helping them to escape back home from behind enemy lines. One of those soldiers was my great grandfather, Private TC Scott.
